CONFERENCE BRUNDTLAND HALL
Policies, experiences and best practices for sustainable sports
One year after the first conference on sustainable sporting events, the event returns to review the progress of policies, the commitments made by national leaders, and the concrete results achieved through demonstration initiatives. At the heart of the discussion will also be the role of the production sector in offering innovative solutions to play sports increasingly green.
During the conference, participants will examine the progress made by the Government in promoting sustainable sporting events, comparing the initiatives announced last year with the results achieved. Discussions will also focus on how sports promotion associations are integrating sustainability into their activities, and how the market is responding to the growing demand for eco-friendly solutions for events and sports infrastructures.
This will be a key meeting for institutions, event organizers, sports associations, and companies in the supply chain, providing an opportunity to exchange views on future prospects and strategies to accelerate the sector’s ecological transition.
The event is organized in collaboration with the Re-Plan City Life project (RElevant Audience Plan Leading to Awareness Network for CIrcular Economy Use of Recycled TYre materials in city LIFE).
