Il Forum CompraVerde-BuyGreen, giunto alla decima edizione, è la mostra-convegno dedicata a politiche, progetti, beni e servizi di Green Procurement pubblico e privato che vuole far incontrare gli attori coinvolti nella diffusione e nell’attuazione del GPP.
Il Forum è promosso dalla Fondazione Ecosistemi e dal Coordinamento Agende 21 Locali Italiane, in collaborazione con il Ministero dell’Ambiente e della Tutela del Territorio e del Mare, Unioncamere e ICLEI.
Due giornate di Stati Generali degli Acquisti Verdi con seminari, convegni, workshop, scambi one to one, per presentare e discutere le novità legislative, le best practices nazionali e internazionali, le opportunità in materia di acquisti verdi.
Il decennale della manifestazione coincide con l’introduzione delle norme che rendono obbligatorio, dal 2016, l’inserimento dei criteri ambientali negli appalti pubblici. Partecipare al Forum permette alle pubbliche amministrazioni di realizzare meglio gli appalti verdi. Alle imprese di capire come partecipare alle gare che adotteranno il GPP e qualificare le proprie catene di fornitura con prodotti, processi e competenze green.
CompraVerde-BuyGreen Forum, which will take place on October, 1st and 2nd at the Roman Aquarium in Rome, is the most important exhibit-convention concerned on policies, projects, public and private green procurement of goods and services. After the success of the previous year, the forum comes back for the VIII edition proposing to operators and visitors a rich cultural program, CompraVerde B2B meeting and various special initiatives, among which REPLICA Area – exhibition of Green Jobs. 2014 edition is promoted and organized in collaboration with Regione Lazio, Roma Capitale and the Coordinamento Agende 21 Locali Italiane.
In 2013 edition were recorded over 100 companies participating, among public, private and no-profit organizations and more than 400 meetings one-to-one between enterprises and “green” public administrations at the GreenContact, a place where you can meet public and private customers, suppliers and institutional companies for making new collaborations start. At the growing need of education by operators and public administration side, due to new legislative regulations that by 2014 will bring al 50% the minimum threshold of green procurement in the context of Public Administration, Forum Compraverde-BuyGreen wants to give an answer through many activities planned by the cultural programme, during which in the previous editions 150 speakers were attending 6 institutional conferences, 10 workshops, 21 educational seminars.
Different topics were treated during the rich programme of conferences and appointments: sustainable construction, material reclamation and recycling, collective food service and sustainable feeding, workers rights and health, sustainable mobility and green procurement in the tourism. The Forum rewarded the Italian companies that managed to realize environmental impact reduction policies and sustainable procurement: over the awards already enabled at the Forum previous editions (MensaVerde Award, Vendor Rating and Sustainable Procurement Award, CompraVerde Award) it was introduced for the first time the CulturaInVerde Award.
CompraVerde-BuyGreen wants to be a meeting point among different actors involved in the spread and actuation of green public procurement. CompraVerde-BuyGreen wants to: promote a widespread culture of Green Procurement; step forward an exposition and Exchange place of good practices of public, private and no-profit companies; support relations and debate between institutions, enterprises and organized civil society; make demand and products/ services supply meet, support green products production and marketing.
