Improving the energy performance of public buildings is one of the key challenges of the ecological transition, with significant environmental, economic and social implications.

In this context, public procurement plays a strategic role in shaping the market, fostering innovation and supporting the development of industrial supply chains capable of meeting sustainability and resilience goals.

The roundtable will bring together institutions, public authorities and companies to explore tools, models and technologies for the energy renovation of public buildings. Building on practical experiences, the discussion will focus on key challenges and development opportunities, with a particular emphasis on the contribution of Italian companies across the entire value chain — from design and implementation to management and digital innovation.

The session will be structured in two discussion rounds, with the aim of providing an integrated perspective on the topic and identifying practical pathways to accelerate energy efficiency processes.
